Stiges 2013

We have arrived in hot and humid Sitges, a lovely old town on the south eastern coastline 30kms out of Barcelona. Its a mecca for homo-sexual-aes. The history goes back to FRANCO's era of dictatorship, where the 'bohemian' people of Spain came to get away from his persecution. From there people came and came and now its FAG Central.... Rino has come from Barcelona with Steven to show us the sights. D and I are going to walk along the esplanade and try and get on the beach, we'll have to do our best hip and shouldering, as all the muscle mary's here are vying for who can get the brownest and get their skin to look like leather!!!! i'll try and do my best 'Walmart' hidden pictures to show you all! As promised pictures of Madrid, Derek and I are do a Hop on Hop off 2 day tour, here are some pictures of day 1; Oh! And a word of warning for any of youse intending on travelling here.....their underground is NOT user friendly for the non-spanish!!!! Arrrghhh!!!! Hahaha...

OMG! Madrid OMG!

Have arrived in Madrid, and OMG what a beautiful city! There are London Plan Tree lined boulevards with spectacular public buildings, the facades of apartments are classical. The city is clean, they drive a lot better than the Greeks (almost) but their arrogance is the same! Haven't downloaded my first pics yet, so watch this space! PnD xx
