Sorry Followers it's taken awhile to post, the WiFi at the hotel was playing up we have since then left this lovely Greek Island and now are on the main land.
Left the island on a Blue Star Island ferry at 1.30am and landed in at Pireaus (the port of Athens) the hustle and bustle of Athens was as its always been, crowded, noisy and in true Greek fashion pushing and shoving!! Ah! But that's Greece (Athens)
At the underground station i was approached unbeknownst to me by a female beggar...stoopid me, she was asking change to buy a ticket, but no, she was asking everyone i just hadn't see her do it, Derek had! Hey-Ho!!!
Got to the airport from there unharmed, whilst there finally touched base with my cousin Bobbi where we organised to meet in his town of Giannista (40min drive from the airport), after out flight to Thessaloniki. To my delight the bugga was there at the airport waiting.
So here we are.......we've spent our first night with my cousin's Bobbi his son's George and Alexandro (wife away at the seaside with their daughter)his brother Theodore drinking and eating on the plaka of Giannista.......
